brrrrrrrr. had to build a fire in the wood stove this morning, I think I better finish my wood stove for the garage today!
Speaking of wood and fireplaces, have you seen the stove's that burn wood pellets? my buddy in Oracle (4500ft) bought one and he loves it!
says it heats his whole house.

yeah, they are nice and a lot cleaner, but you have yo buy pellets and if you wait until it gets cold the price goes up! or they run out, buy in advance and if the bag isn't sealed the pellets absorb moisture and come apart.
and the amount of wood I burn I would need another job just to pay for the pellets.
I usually cut 12 to 15 cords a year, some for my parents some for the church fellowship hall and the rest for me.
also I have 180,000 acres of cedar I am allowed to cut on, no permit green or down. and wouldn't you know it there is a 40 acre lake full of Bass! tie it all in with a service call and get paid mileage to go wood cutting and fishing.
Good evening to all. Was wondering if anyone is using electronic engine monitors instead of gauges? I am looking at different options to gauges. Thanks.
Roger
pellets are great for the cabin because he is not there all the time, and the time he is there he does not want to spend on cutting and chopping firewood.
are the electronic engine monitors the ones that plug into the ecu and use a digital readout instead of a analog?
