04 HD Grille Removal

04 HD Grille Removal
Anyone have any tips to removing the lower tabs on the bottom of the black HD grille on an 04? I can see the catches on the tabs but it takes so much force to push them up and clear of the catches that the grill doesn't want to pull out.

not sure if it is the same as the 2003, but this is what i do:
I remove the 4 screws on the top. Then i start on the left (passenger side) and reach up under the grill until i feel the tab. I push up on the bottom of the tab while pulling out a little on the grill until the tab will stay depressed without me pushing on it. Then i move to the next tab and do the same thing. There are 4 tabs, when you get to the last one the grill will just pull off.

Thanks. I got it figured out earlier. My issue was my grill guard wasn't letting me pull out far enough to tilt the tabs up to an angle that allowed me to push up and pull the tabs out.
