One of the trucks I'm looking at has a diesel + automatic. My previous Ford diesels were 7.3s, one manual, one auto. I guess this 06 would have the 6 litre (?). Anyone have experience with these?

I liked my 7.3s, except for starting when really cold. They could pull!

 

I'll assume you're talking about F250/Superduty trucks....in which case, wrong Forum dude. Although from what I recall, the 6.0L althought more powerful than the previous 7.3L was plagued with problems. Injector issues, turbo, EGR, etc.
