Headlight ?

I found some headlights on ebay and the add say's (01-04 EXCURSION (W/NO BOUNDARIES PKG) HEADLAMP ) What is (No Boundaries)? Will they work on a 2000?

"no boundaries"... my X has it. basically, ONLY AVAILABLE ON BLACK X's, front and rear painted bumpers, black side moldings..

I dont understand why that would change anything for the headlights though.
