Ok I have just rolled 180K on my truck and I plan on doing some serious maint. on the truck when I get back from Atlanta. This is what I plan on doing.
EGR delete
Clean Turbo (only has about 40 K since I replaced but it will be easy to get to doing the delete)
Clean Intercooler (I do idle 15-20 minutes at a time quite a bit)
Fumoto Valve
Tranny flush
Front and rear end with synthetic
Coolant flush ( I just did this at 150K but will do it again)
Blackstone report (this makes me nervous)
That is all I can think of at this time, chime in if you can think of anything else. I need this thing to go to 300 or 400K.
Have you flushed the brake fluid and the power steering fluid?
Have you load tested your batteries and cleaned off all the connections (cables, posts, and ground wires)?
Also, I put a $20 filter on the powersteering fluid.
I would also consider installing a ccv re-route since you have a clean intercooler.
Ahh I knew I was forgetting something. The batteries are new and good. The CCV re route is going on the list as well as the coolant and PS fluid filters. Keep em coming.
