Im going to install a hanger and shackle kit 2.5 leveling kit to my 02 f350...The kit doesnt include an adjustable track bar...Im assuming this kit is going to uncenter my axel and will end up possibly pulling one side of truck down further than the other..Even if it doesnt Im sure there will be alot of stress on the oem track bar after the install..Should I put in a adjustable track bar?Im guessing yes..And any links you could give me to some you recommend would be appreciated..Thanks
What kit are you going with? I have a ProComp kit and it includes eccentric hardware that is supposed to allow you to use the stock track bar. Here is a link to an adjustable bar.

From the research ive done people seem to recommend replacing stock track bar with adj one rather than replacing brackets..I guess it rings truck into a better alignment. But ive never installed a leveling kit so this is what ive read. In the end no matter what it wont be a bad thing to have an adjustable trac bar.. And its one less needed piece if Iever do a lift... Probably wont cause truck wouldnt fit in my garage then... Dammit!! Lol
An adjustable track bar will bring the front axle back under center of the truck but it is not the correct way to "fix" it. The geometery of the suspension travel can only truly be fixed by installing a new frame drop bracket. Idealy you want the track bar to be as horizontal as possible or you may/will experience bump-stear as the front suspension travels. The greater the angle of the bar the worse the bump-stear.
Now with just a 2.5" leveling kit you may not need either.

The hardware in the Pro Comp kit allows you to make the stock track bar "longer" buy using slightly smaller bolts that pass through a piece of hardware with an offset hole. And adjustable bar is the way to go though IMO.

So I did order an adj track bar... Do I also need new brackets or will this be good enough? Will there be any ill effects without the brackets with 2.5 leveling kit? Will my alignment shop have any problems?

No need for any extra brackets with an adj. track bar.

In your best guess will a 2.5 inch leveling kit require a bracket?Im already getting the adjustable track bar...I dont want any problems with alignment..
