66-79 FE trucks what degrees is the motor leaning back ?

Hi there ...I had two questions can anyone tell me what degrees is the FE leaning backward ? I put a angle finder on my valve cover I know it's crude but it said 6 degrees leaning backwards ? I have ran my truck with the valve cover off and seen the oil.water sliding back into the pan from front to back that seems to be why it's angled for the oil to flow fast back into the pan how about the rest of the motor ?.
timing chain front bearings etc are they starving for oil ? I know Its saif Ford did a fix by giving out 6qt dipsticks to compensate for there oiling problems I'm wondering if I put my trans crosmember on backwards when I install the trans but this can't be since I had the aux gas tank and it had a bracket attached to the crosmember .

It also seems that they designed the intake higher in the rear to compensate since my carb sits at about 1 degree lean back with bubble sqaure level the bubble was a little off but not far from center sitting on the air cleaner .

I would say that is normal. I've never measured mine but just eye balling it tips to the rear and the carb mounting is level. Also these engines are offset from center to the passenger side..
