INTAKE FOR 557ci ?????
Hello, I'm thinking of buying the Ford Racing intake, Part number M-9424-H429, It states for Dominator carb & Production C/J & SCJ heads, What I'm trying to find out is will this intake bolt up to my Edelbrock 61649 Cobra jet heads, and doe's it have the large Cobra jet inlet ports, so no inlet port matching required !!! As I cannot find any info on it down here in Oz, Thanks. ( If it matches the 61649 heads the intake gasket should be the felpro 1231- am I Right )

Yes it has the CJ ports and should match up with your edelbrock heads since they have the CJ ports.
BUT remember that uses the 4500 series or Dominator carb ONLY. If your using a 4150 or standard square holley pattern carb it won't work. for the smaller carb use the M-9424-G429
Or you can use the edelbrock equivalents for those since edebrock makes those manifolds for ford. Edelbrock part numbers 2965 for dominator, 2966 for 4150 style carbs.

Thanks monsterbaby, I will be using a 2 circuit 1050cfm Dominator carb so i will go with the M-9424-H429 intake, As I know with both those Edelbrock victor intakes they have the small inlet ports and have to be opened up to match the larger C/J ports, hence my choice for the M-9424-H429. Thanks.
