Coolant ?'s

After my recent water pump change I refilled the coolant and now after some additional reading Im starting to think Ive got the wrong coolant in the motor, what do you guys use, suggest etc. Also Since Im tired of messing with that any more right now does any body know who the cheapest place is to flush and refill the system with the right stuff. Right now Ive got prestone Extended life yellow bottom yellow jiuce in it. Said it was for ANY thing and at 1030 at night the number of stores I could get to was limited and the few that were close by didnt have anything that specified if it was for diesels or had SCA's in it, so due to lack of options I took a somewhat educated guess.

Here is a pretty good (short) explanation. I'm still a bit confused about it myself. As long it is a low silicate formulation it's OK. But don't quote me. Distilled of reverse osmosis water is the real trick for less minerals and junk. The concern seems to be the copper injector sleeves. SCA strips and additive of course are a must.
