Fourwheel drive wont ingage. replaced transfer case motor, switch on the dash, and relayes under the hood. Don't know where else to check or what else to replace if anyone has any tips or suggestions please let me know! Thanks
I have check every page on here thats deals with 4x4 an none of them are haveing my problems it doesnt have anything to do with the hubs it is the transfer case that wont engage the hubs i can engage manualy i have checked fuses, relays you name it. i am at wits end anybody have any ideas?
So you have 4x4 when you engage the hubs manually, and not when you try to go auto?
If that is the case search under the ESOF hubs. That is the auto locking 4x4 that uses a vacuum pulse to lock and unlock 4x4. I did also read in the superduty forum in the last few days someone having an issue with the 4x4 and it ended up being a relay that was bad. He said that even a ford parts guy could not come up with an answer that there was a relay.

The search in here is a little tricky but try again and believe me; everything that pretains to you problem is in here.
Even if his hubs werent working the t case should still engage, it just wouldnt turn the front wheels. This doesnt sound like a vacuum leak. Vacuum has nothing to do with the tc engageing, just hubs.
the tranfer case is my problem it wont engage no lights on dash no power to the motor on the transfer case i have replaced relays checked fuses replaced switch an the motor on the transfer case.
