Wipers won't stop

Wipers won't stop
They run on high and low. No intermittant. Key on or off. Pulled the 15 amp fuse and they keep going. Pulled the 30 amp fuse and they stop. Can't find a relay or diagram. 2002 F250 PSD. Thanks.

According to the electrical diagrams in my 2004 service manual, there are relay's in the wiper motor. One of them may be sticking. I don't know if they are accessible, though.
If they are, you could try pulling them until they stop and then replacing that one.
