02 Explorer XLT Tranny Issues
Hubby is having problems with the truck. Its a 02 <nobr style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 100%; color: darkgreen;" id="itxt_nobr_1_0">Explorer
</nobr> and the code is P0745, seems like a tranny issue from what ive read. but also there is a tsb out on this issue and seems like a recall on any explorer made prior to 3/4/2002, so my question is can i determine with the vin number when the truck was manufactured? the vin number is 1FMZU73E92UA23814 and cant figure out how to decode it. any help would be great...thanks in advance

1. Where is the Pressure Control Solenoid A physically located at?
2.Does anyone have a picture of it?
3. What is the part number for purchase?
4. Can i change this myself and if not how much am i looking at for some shop to change it?
5. And why did this have to happen to me? lol
