08 nav already broke

08 nav already broke
I pull into my driveway and go to roll up my driver window and it only goes half way up. Roll it back down and then back up and again only half way. Now it won't go down and then a clunk noise and I got nothing. Was able to squeese the window with my hands and slide it up to the close position. I can't take it back to the dealer till next week. Things not looking too good for what will probably be my last ford product. My wife traded her '05 T-bird for a vette last month. In all fairness to the T-bird, it was a great car. Was sad to see it go. My last '01 Nav had issues but gave the '08 a chance. It has already had a new running board motor and now the window. Whats up with "quality is job 1."?

Yes, it had 24,000 miles and now it has 32,000. It was a high mileage truck and I put alot of miles on it when I'm home but sometimes I'm gone aat least 7-8 months out of the year. I still don't think the window should already be broke.
