Odometer

I have a 2000 F150. V6 2wd. My odometer sometimes won't light up. If I give the dash a little 'love' it will come on sometimes. sometimes a bump in the road, sometimes not. Where to start? Is there a bulb? It is a green lcd I think.

mine dose that too. most 99's and some 00's will do that. there was a thread a long time ago about it saying it was caused by a cold solder on the circuit board of the cluster .
