No Start,Need Some Advice!
1981 F-150 Auto 300-6
Started my truck, and noticed she was somewhat sluggish turning over. Started up, and I drove to town and back. Tried to start it back and got nothing but a kind of grinding sound (seems to be at the solenoid and not the starter.)
I have power in the cab to the radio and lights and things. So far I've replaced the battery, + and - cables, solenoid,starter, and the altenator was replaced last summer. I've checked all my grounds and they seem to be good. The cable from the solenoid to the starter seems to be fine. Swapped both the solenoid and battery into my other truck and they checked out ok. Not sure where to go from here. Any ideas????
