Third member ID tag decode?

Third member ID tag decode?
The 4.11 posi may not be for me after all. Everything is fine on straight away runs, but turning corners sounds like I'm tearing my truck apart.
This is the ID tag from my original 66 3rd member. I suspect its a 3.5 but want to verify.

There may be a dot between the 3 and 5 but its hard to tell.
