I have a 98 (150K) explorer that won't go into Over Drive and after about a minute driving above 60-70 with rpm ~2800 the OD light will blink and then it will shift rough. Unhooking battery resets it, but it just comes back. Have changed the TCC and EPC solenoids, but still the same. Would Swapping out the PCM possibly help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
