Roller rocker compatibility
Will scorpion 1.6 roller rockers work with my gt 40 heads and 204 214 rv towing cam?

You misunderstand. Pedistal mount rockers can also be full roller.. both at the fulcrum and tip. It's just that they don't mount on a stud alone they have a pedistal the rocker sits up on just like the stock stamped rockers.
