Exhaust Question
I have a 1997 F-250 with the 7.3L and i want to straight pipe it. Is this going to affect back pressure or any other mechanical problems? I already know it will be loud, thats what im looking for

It will make your truck breathe a LOT better. Mine has been straight piped for a year now since I bought it. No Cat or muffler and a 3" downpipe. Is a bit louder at wide open throttle but if you run it back to the stock exit location you probably won't notice that it's much louder when just cruising.
I would also suggest doing a 6637 intake mod.
Best beginning mods on these trucks is a free flowing intake (6637), bigger downpipe, and free flowing exhaust. Single 4" is plenty big for most trucks.
