2005 6.oh hard start

just started having hard start issues. in the morning i have to crank it twice so it can fire up, the first crank it kinda fires up but no completely. truck runs great no problems and this only happens in the morning and i dont live in cold climate, im guessing glow plugs?? am i right?..any tips anyone

do glow plugs show a trouble code?

glow plugs will set a code.in tx it shouldnt be a issue .could be a small leak in the high pressure oil system somewhere.

I guess you are turning your key to accessory to let the pressure build for a sec and THEN starting it, correct ?

it is not a gasser in that you just turn it from off to start ... needs to buld oil pressure and glow plug heat 1st.... Batteries ok ? it's turning over quickly ? or dragging ?
