C4 vaccum modulator

Well, I have another newbie question for ya. Where does the vaccum modulator line hook up to un the carb? I know a vaccum line goes from it up to the carb but where does it hook in at? I have an Edelbrock Performer carb. I've looked online and can't find anything about the carb side.

It could hook to the carb but I think it usually goes to a port on the intake manifold. Any port that has full engine vacuum at an idle will work.
