Nice Ex and welcome!
Post some pics of your Cobra too
Can't wait to get the Exterminator (Since the other car has the factory nickname of Terminator a friend of mine decided the Excursion should actually be called the Exterminator haha) back from the dealer. I need to do a whole photoshoot of her!
Nice! I had a black '01 that I miss dearly - guess that was the sacrafice for starting a family. I was at Stillen yesterday and they had three brand new ones in their shop that they tricked out. One had a raised hood on it to fit a monster supercharger.
TExus plates !!! but the beach pic earlier must mean......
Galveston ? or Corpus ?
Galveston! I live in South Houston so Galveston is a 30 minute drive. Fun little day trip.
We have some nutty plans for the 03 of mine. We already have the shortblock. Teksid aluminum block with Darton MID sleeves making it a big bore stroker, forged stroker crank, billet rods, and some nasty pistons. We will be ceramic coating everything, and feeding it with a Procharger F2 running at 38lbs of boost. Don't even know if I'll have the ***** to drive it LOL
I purchased a Bully Dog Power Pup for pretty cheap over the weekend to get my by until I get the Spartan everyone is suggesting. She is completely different now! She can really get out of her way now haha
I plan on getting the MBRP exhaust and a 6" lift. But I doubt I'll do anything else to her.
Why chip the diesel? I think it has plenty of power the way it is. Maybe I'm just getting old. And then maybe I would change my mind if I tried it. Isn't there a company that lets you try it for a couple days B4 you buy it?

It has plenty of power if you are towing something or not used to driving muscle cars. Plus the programmer added 3-4mpg on the highway. The acceleration difference is mind boggling. If you have a diesel then getting a programmer is definitely a win-win.
I have had the Bully Dog for about the last 40k miles or so. For those of you that have never taken a ride in one of these trucks with a tuner and some other stuff done, you should. Its the difference between a city bus and a dragster, almost.
