Looking for pulley assemblies
Anyone have working idler and tension pulley assemblies?? Also need advice on converting the A/C on my 68 F100 from R12 to R134. Have got conflicting advice on hoses. Parts store says all hoses should be changed, where in the world do you find hoses to match the original hoses? Have also heard you don't need to change them? Anyone??

No need to change hoses.
The only rubber hose is from the compressor to the receiver-dryer. All of the other hoses are Nylaflow. Other than that, everything is metal.
All you have to do is flush the system, change the receiver-dryer and change the compressor oil to the R134-compatible oil.
You may find new pulleys on ebay, but forget finding them at a dealer or aftermarket. You'll probably end up getting used parts for that.
