injector test
is they any way to test to see if a injector is working without a scan tool is there like a redneck way you can do it?? anyway to listen to each one with a pipe or something?? can you take off the valve covers and pull the electrical connector one by one while it's running?

If you have a miss at idle, that's exactly what you can do. You will not spray oil all over, unless you rev the motor w/o the vc on. It can sit an idle all day and not get oil over everything so don't worry about that. It's best to pull the plug right at the injector and not 'rock' the plug loose outside the vc.
