HEy guys had a starnge issue today at work thought ya might be interested in. Unit was a 2005 IC bus with vt365. unit was having issues with bottom end power. Acted as if it would load up and it would smoke like carzy all black thenabove 1500 it would run fine. SO i went through checked everything out. Found to be failing KOER test with VGT code. Went through cleaned egr with intake cleaner repalce EBP tube after breaking fitting off in manifold. Fixed it some but not all. Went through all kinds of diag. Started good hot cold. Good fuel PSI, No chaffed wires no ICP issues nothing. So i ran a couple tests to find 1 injector was below cuttoff for the inj deviation test. But all was not making sense that just 1 inj was causing issue so i tried my own trick and unplugged #6 and still did it. So at wits need almost ready to call international i subbmitted for a case of 8 injs. Needless to say after that the unit ran great. Just some werid things those injs do with spool valves sticking and such. Might aid one of you guys in the near future

90000 miles. Did forget to include in original story that was first thing i checked since school was out all year and their buses do not run in summer. It was not seized at all. after replacing tube sensor and cleaning EGR with our system flusher the VGT code went away. Thing i was getting at was the bus is fixed now passes the deviation test with new injs. Just a weird issue their
