Check Engine Light
I have a 79 f250 7.3 The check engine light was on and off a couple of times yesterday andwhen on the truck idled rough.
Today it is staying on and occasional rough idle and later the transmission shifted hard in every gear.
I would very much appreciate any help with this issue.

I suggest you put a scanner in your truck and get codes.
