Finnaly after looking for years.. i've found a box thats in my price range. straight ( from the pics i've seen) an 0 rust its totally the wrong color but i'm ok with that. 1000 and he said he'll deliver it . It also has a good working tail gate. not to sure how to send a pic of it but just super happy for the find. And as a side note this tuesday i start my front 44 to high pinion 60 swap. then i fix its uber slopy outer ujoints ( all pins are mia lol)
That's great that you found one. You must be in the rust belt or somewhere with alot of rain (from your profile pic it looks like mud and water).
If you ever get down to desert areas you can pick up beds pretty cheap(er) and of course rust free. If I knew I could sell beds regularly for $1000 I would be hauling them to the rust belt.

I don't know about regularly, but you would be able to sell a bed for at least $1000 in the rust belt when you do sell them. A couple years ago, the guy I bought mine from did that for a living and he was always selling them.
Oh sure post your comments with your fancey pics of your beautiful rust free bodies lol jk. Well I'm orig. from Lower Ontario yup rust belt. Now I'm living fairly close to the boarder in BC. If i knew how to get threw all the red tape with buying U.S. parts i'd probably be in finantial trouble lol. Next will be a rust free cab ( i find lots of fenders, hoods an doors).
Oh now that i got your attention.. question this new box has a reg fuel door ( actually double fuel doors) But the truck i own has a flush mounted locking fuel cap on the side of the box, kinda hangs out in harms way.. What will i need to make my fill tube bolt inside the new box's fuel door?
thanks for any help
