It will fit in between the engine valley and cowl, if thats what you are asking. If you are asking if it will bolt right up to your motor, then no def wont work. Its a stock Holset turbo off a 03-04 cummins, so you would have to have a mounting kit like I use for my H2e, which is a very good chunk of change. You could make it work, but there are alot better options out there to run on your truck than that turbo.
