Many times I wonder why I have so many doors, fenders, header panels , patch panels and trim hanging around.........Too many different vehicles. I see something advertised that would fit one of the vehicles so I'd get it. Don't need it but I might some day

Doing some work on the cab, want to make sure I don't have holes in the firewall that I won't need, so I can fill them. Nice thing about this 79 dash, the front comes off! Only issue so far is the defrost ducts for the 79 are hitting the Vintage Aire system. \May have to heat it up and make a dent in it to fit. Also have to fab up a brace for the center bottom of the dash, and one for the heat box, since the one they provided was for a 67 dash.
AC/heat box barely visible.

Vintage Air system squeezed in. Glove box still fits also.

Have to remember to install the wipers first!

I did find out that Vintage Air has defroster ducts for the 79 dash that will fit with the evaporator, have those on order.

With the rain and humidity, body work has not been happening. So, been cleaning and painting some little stuff for the cab. Also finally got the driveshafts ordered.
Gas pedal assembly cleaned and painted, and installed new pedal

Now that the humidity is less that 95%, can get some body work done. This is just final touch ups before I spray high build primer.
Previous owner had drilled some holes in the dash that I had to weld shut
