front diff. fluid capacity? help
Whats the front differential fluid capacity on a 93 F150 302ci 4x4, E40d auto ????????
hasn't been changed in years and it leaks so its probaly low...

also whats the best weight fluid to use?? the diff. has 230,000 miles on it, 4x4 hardly ever used. truck is being retired and turned into a beater truck that i wanna take back in the mud holes with my 4-wheeler, i just want it to last for what little i'll be using it for

Does it have to be ford oil? lol ... valvoline? anything i can pickup at a parts store?? no ford dealers around and i need it pronto

Ford Oil? Heck no, I just use 80-90ep gear oil!
