Low or dirty oil is not a friend of our engines. Either can cause all sorts or problems. The main reason it the fact that the injectors us very high pressured oil to make us go. If you're due or past due for a change, or if you're low, I would fix that first before you start chasing the problem. Might not have anything to do with it, but it could be the entire problem.
this happened to me once and it was due to the oil being low, and old. check your oil level and top it off. if it is low then you will see an imediet improvement i would guess. if you can afford it just do an oil change along with a oil and fuel filter.
Do the oil change and fuel filter at the same time and you'll see what a huge difference it makes. That should take care of your issues. If not come back with more info.
