My truck has 7.50R16LT tires on it. I was wondering if someone knew what that was in normal tire size. I need new tire, but I don't want to spend a fortune on them. I can't even find this size online.
I punched that tire size into Google and got thousands of hits. It looks like that size = LT215 to 245, 75-85 R16. Rather than get hung up on your old tire size go by your rim size. If it's an older style stock Ford 8 bolt rim you have literally hundreds of choices.
okay...if it's an older style Ford 5 bolt rim you should have literally hundreds of choices. I bet every major tire manufacturer makes tires that would fit that truck.
My last post should have read "and up". I believe they made an F350 Camper Special as well.
Killbill, garbage in = garbage out. The more info you can give and the more accurate info that you give will result in a better experience for all of us.
I was told it was a camper special. Apparently I was told wrong. It is a 1967 f100 long bed with 2 tanks. A mechanic told me only camper specials had two tanks. What other sizes except a 245/75R16 will fit this truck?
