welding

is the bronco fine as it sits if you weld on it? do i have to disconnect anything?

You should always dissconnect the battery before welding on any vehicle. That said I have done it both ways and not had a problem but remember Murphy's law lol.

thanks. can i just disconnect the positive or should i take the battery fully out?

No need to remove the battery, but always disconnect the negative lead 1st and reconnect the negative last. Doing it in this order lessons the chance of shorting it.
