Hi all,
I just want to thank the people on here for such a great forum! I did a search ( horn stopped working ) and got a bunch of threads all pointing to the clock spring.
Replaced it and voila !!! All is good again !!

I just did mine again. I have cruise and used it almost all the time, so I know immediately when the clockspring fails. I also replace it right away as I like the cruise control for the highway, which I mostly drive 70 mph or above... ;-)
