But, would it work? Could you cut two of them up and re-attach them and make one big one? A couple of 7.3 ICs to make 1?
Short burst of high EGT's isn't going to hurt anything. With stock injectors I wouldn't even bother. You might even have a larger pressure drop between the turbo outlet and the intake manifold... not to mention it would be a plumbing mess. A second intercooler really isn't going to help you much. If you are going to plumb anything else in there then stick another turbo in there..... LOL
If you really want to cool your truck off, go with a bigger turbo or water injection... that would be cheaper then trying to plumb in another intercooler...
