Water / Methanol Injection Kit?
just wondering if anyone is running one of these kits? what kinda improvments does it make on a turbo-diesel? looking at maybe getting one but not sure if its worth the money

Some have reported lower intake charge temps, which creates 'denser' air to burn, and
with that more power and a bit more of a clean burn....
I researched it a lot and some I knew had it... but while under warranty did not want to 'rock the boat'
so stayed away....
but in 9k miles I will be researching again
very important to not run too high mix that it causes problems - forget the number but 10% ? mix with water ?

I had one on a Highly Modified 24valve Cummins. It was this brand http://www.snowperformance.net/index.php
Works as reported. IIRC my EGT's dropped about a 100-130degrees pre-turbo and with the Methanol mix it did increase HP. How much, I honestly don't remember, but it did crank out more on the dyno
The hardest thing I remember when I installed mine was to get the timing right as to when the injection kicked in. Do it to low and your truck will feel like 2 cylinders just dropped out, do it too high and it kinda loses the effect.
