how cheap? remember one rule, that cheap is never good.
what are you plans?
very cheap is NOS do a cat delete and spray away.... but how long will it last ??? who knows.
or put gauges on the truck like EGT, Fuel Press,and Boost - thats anywhere from 300 to 600$
get an exhaust system for cheap 300$ to 1000 for a full blown Stainless steel 304 system
than get a Phalanx tuner from Spartan 1000$
or SCT X3 with ID tunes or Elite tunes 500$
but than you might need EGR cooler delete and headbolts, depending if you going to do you work 1000$ for parts to 3500-4000$ if you have somone ealse do it.
its your choice
or do like i did , just load SCT with tunes and take your chances LOL. the truck runs like bat out of hell....

my buddy has a 05 6.0 auto on 37" toyo mt and he has platium juice with attitude straight piped. and he is looking for any little mods like you can do with the 7.3 but do them to the 6.0????

First of all, with 37" - s, the main and most important thing would be for him to re-gear the truck. Rolling on 37-s is really hard on the tranny, and any mods on the power side would multiply his chances to damage the transmission, and how I read your post I see that he already does that. Just think about how much performance would he gain with 33" tires, because one rotation of those are more than one foot shorter, than a rotation of a 37". Of coarse the truck looks "cool" with big tires, that's why his best choice would be the re-gearing.
I don't think that any "cheap" mods will do something noticeable for him.
