To my knowledge they do, but those aren't my years. The bed changed in '53. There might be some minor differences, but I think they're the same. But I'd wait to hear from someone who really knows on it.
'48 - 52 beds for the F-1 are basically the same. The only difference is that in late '50 Ford went from a raised panel bed side with a metal floor to a smooth side bed with a wooden floor. The only difficulty you will have is trying to fit raised panel fenders to a smooth side bed and vice versa.
If you are using a smooth side panel bed on a 48-early 50, then you can use 51 fenders that will fit the bed correctly and have the same visiual apearance as the 48 fender.
The late '50-52 fenders will not fit the the earlier beds, just like Gil said. The earlier fender have a step in them, the later one don't. You will have to make modifications to make them fit.
That being said, the statement Gil made on applies to the F-1 half ton bed. The Express bed stayed the same from, I think '42 to '53. I have noticed though that some of the wheel wells on the Express beds were round while the later bed's were oblong.
The bed will physically fit on the truck as the frames and cab mounting are the same. Running boards to fenders should not be a problem.
48 to (very) early 51 beds were the same raised panel beds, however in 51 they had no metal over the wood floors.
In mid 51 the bed side panes changed to flat (as opposed to raised) panels and the rear fenders were modified to fit. Running boards were changed at this time as well as was the tail gate.
Stake pockets were also changed in mid 1951 to the flat square type.
If you post a picture, I'm sure we can tell you what it was built to fit and what it will fit.

As I quoted "the smooth side bed panel" which is the late 50-52 bed, then the 51-52 fenders will fit and have the same visiual apearance as the 48 fender.
I have someone interested in the 48/51 Ford pickup bed, but I don't know what it is worth can someone help me? It is in good shape, no dents. Has both fenders, tailgate, the floor is rotted out. Has survice rust, but not bad.
