Brandmotion iPod Adapter

I am considering adding a Brandmotion iPod adapter to the truck shown in my sig. Before spending this kind of money I wanted to solicit some input from others who have tried this device. Are their any drawbacks, how difficult is the installation, have you been satisfied, does it work seamlessly, etc? Any info is appreciated.

I hope this is not a worn-out topic, I did a search but didn't find many threads on this subject. I normally hang out in the 6.0 PSD section so don't be too hard on me if I've started a hazardous thread.
