I took care of the mice around here with D-Con, peanut butter, and a broken lightbulb. Mix it all together, they can't resist the buffet, and the D-con works instead of making them fat for the winter. No more aluminium eating mice.

I had my dealing with mice a couple of weeks ago - bought a 1998 Honda XR600R. Barn find, basically sat since 2000. Replaced plug, oil, filter, brakes. Still stumbling, pulled the side cover to clean out the air cleaner, low and behold the biggest mouse nest I've seen. Had to use a pry bar to get it out. Now runs like a champ, now back to the 65 project....

What is ironic about that air cleaner is that when I bought my truck several years ago it had the exact same thing done to it's air cleaner. Quickly went into the dump for a replacement...
