Rear vent window adjustment

Rear vent window adjustment
One of my rear vent windows is out of adjustment, The back end of it is hanging low and rubbing on the body panel. Does anyone know how these are adjusted on a 99 expy ? Just want to get an idea before I tear into it.

On the 99 you have two buttons at the hinge end, right? If memory serves me, those are the attachment points for the window to the hinges. Either they are loose or where the hinge attaches to the body something is loose.
