Intake/Carb combo
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 03-Oct-02 AT 05:27 PM (EST)]I am looking to possibly get a new intake manifold and Carb combo from Edelbrock if I can't sort out the problems in my other post in this forum.
I wanted to get some feedback from the users here on what I am looking at.
500 cfm, square-flange, Electric choke #1403
Performer 289 (non-EGR) #2121 (Say it will work on Ford 260-289-302 V8)
is this combo ok for my truck. It currently has an EGR equipped manifold on it. Would it be ok to go with the non-EGR stystem or should I get this one?

I am not sure, This is the fisrt motor I have ever really done more than basic maintenence on and need some suggestions.
