Short answer = Yes. The original brackets (made by Ford) and installed in the "Rangers" are pretty "rare" and difficult to fine. Can be fabbed if you have the skills (or know someone who does).
There is a guy named Jim Oberg that sells reproduction seat brackets, I bought a set from him and they fit great. not cheap but nothing is nowadays
If you want his info i can dig it up for you..... he is on this site under the user name "fomocoloco " from Kansas. inner bracket is installed on the wrong side on my seat, they do not come with instructions and was hard to figure out at first.
