hello all i am having some running issues, when i start my truck after it sits all night it sputteres when i step on the go pedel about half way(Spartan ASE tune) or more and it has been smoking a bit more black, also towed about 3000lbs from chicago to colorado and at about 2700rpms it would also sputter or miss (50 tow tune) not sure whats going on i replaced fuel filters about 2500 miles ago, oil change the same.
the start up sputter goes away after about 2 blocks of driving
any ideas, leaky injector/spool valve, stiction, ficm crapping out . any help would be great.
no codes on the x3 but i never have saw one on it anyways.

My first bet would be an injector or two.

 

are you running b-100, if so have yout ried going back to say b-50 and see if that helps?

 

actually running usld for last 1500mi. after 1st tank out to Colorado no b100 left except residual in tank
