21 & 24 are OK, they are there because the engine was cold and the air temp was below 50*F.

You may have a problem with the TPS, code 63.
Your EGR valve is also not closed, may be dirty and need cleaning, code 34.
85 is the CANP solenoid and it is not causing your running problem but we can address it after you get it running.

So clean the EGR valve and make sure it will close as it is open right now. Also check its plug and wiring on its sensor on top.

The TPS may also be causing the dieing issue. Check its plug and wiring.

The red wire runs from the EEC Power Relay to all the injectors, fuel pump relay, computer and other solenoids and sensors.
The NOID light will not flash with no power on the red wire.

You have power on the red wire at the computer or you could not have checked the codes.

Sounds like there is an open in the red wire going to the engine from the fender harness.

I will check red wire from relay to engine. In one post u said causing it to die the engine will not crank at all unless starting fluid sprayed into breather. Just so we're on the same page. Thanks again for you're help.

I unwrapped efi wires from relay to motor found no break in red wire. still injectors not working. dose the main computer control the injectors? computer is the only thing I've not cleaned or replaced that I can think of . can it be bad but still able to read the codes form it ? fuel system seems to be working except injectors.

The computer grounds the injectors to fire them but the power to them comes from the power relay.
Yes if the clock is not running in the computer I think you might be able to get codes but the injectors would not fire. But if the clock is not running then the fuel pump should run all the time the key is on.

Right strange for sure pump cuts off. Don't no if it matters but it has an aftermart RV 68 gal gas tank installed . Also the air deverter black unit on top of motor on passengers side of motor was clicking blowing air out the vent holes on it. I think it has a check vale in it. I've worked very little on fords except the ol 300 sizable years ago. I have 4no diesel trucks and 3u diesel air compressors.work on all them but this is blowing. Guess will try computer orillys got them 75bucks. .what do u suggest if it was you?

I would find out why there is no power on the red wire at the injectors with the key on before I would do any thing else.
Is there any sign of Rodents eating wiring?

You should have battery voltage on the red wire (12-13~ volts with the key on).

The power relay is just an off & on switch between the battery and the red wire operated by the ignition switch.
