Need help with parts

Today the belt tensioner on my 7.3 idi died. As far as I can find out the one of the 94 is different to all others and I need to get the exact part number so I can order one online. The only numbers on it are,
F4TA-6B209-DB on the front and MADE IN CANADA on the back. It is different looking to both the 93 and 95 ones the parts guy had in stock and he said he could have the 94 in by tuesday but it is $350.00 and I think it will be cheaper online. It has the smooth plastic wheel and I think it is either motorcraft part bt31, bt33, bt36 with bt31 being the most likley.Any help would be really appreciated as I really need this truck going.
This is the old one.
