Last week I read a couple of posts about economical methods to watch movies on the road. Tonight I went to Radio Shack for some stuff and found an RCA DVD/LCD unit for $299.00. I didn't ask any questions and snagged that puppy up since I am going on a road trip tomorrow. It is way cool! It comes with an A/C adaptor for your home and a D/C adaptor for your car. The only thing it doesn't have is a battery pack so it is not "truely portable." It also comes with 2 earpiece type headphones and 4 straps to secure it. These straps I have found can be easily attached to your Expys' center console. I'll let you know in about a week how it performs but so far it seems perfect for road trips. Oh yeah, there are even audio/video outputs so that when I get to my hotel room I can plug it into the TV there. I hope someone else gets to enjoy this thing. See ya and have a great week.
