I noticed I had a exhuast leak in my 2000 v10 I bought recently with 139000 miles and I found a broken stud and thought if I'm tearing it apart anyway throw in some headers and cheap high flow cats and no mufflers into a true dual setup. Just wondering how well these headers are.
Those look like the standard ebay headers I used, except for the "JVT" logo on them. Also, in that one pic of the logo, I see reinforcements welded on, but don't see them in the big pictures.
The one thing is, the flanges look a little thinner than the ones I have.
i've said my piece about ebay headers. some have no issues, some are worth less than what you pay after one ride.......
some will say that with the high dollar headers you only get 10hp more than ebay headers
(by the way Ballswedge, if you're ever in baton rouge La, the dyno shop will do 3 runs for $100, i'll match you truck to truck, no tune, no cold air, stock tire for stock tire, and if i make 15hp or less with my BANKS then your ebay headers, i'll fit your bill.......... and vise versa...... i make more than 15hp over your Ebay-ers, you fit my bill.......what you say....)
but your higher end headers are thicker and more durable in construction. i'm not a fan of the ebay headers, i don't recommend them....... but that's me and my experiences.
