I was thinking the same thing... Could you skirt anymore around it?!?

IIRC. 45° 4" pipe for 6637 mod.
The SD's don't need the pipe only us OBS's. Sorry for dancing around it. I guess it doesn't matter what part it is.

Having a pipe custom made to fit would be nice. Is it somehow better than the exhaust pipe parts some guys use from NAPA?

He is a Super Duty guy, so us OBS guys are forgot about. haha!

anyways. The Super doodies need a 45 also, but its longer, its a big delete kit or something.
He makes up these pipes in his shop, or orders them out, and sends them out to be powder coated.

I told him us OBS guys need nice powder coated 45's as well, so he was/is supposed to be making some up for us OBS guys. he already sells 6637 kits for super doodies, so us OBS guys could use them also. His 6637 filter price is very good as well if you dont mind waiting for the shipment to get there.

My 45 is still needed to be replaced, stupid vent pipe isn't working right. Need that pretty pipe he has soon!

So, I want a sweet 45 for my truck with a Riff Raff DP sticker on it.

I offered to make him catalogs and stuff, he liked the idea and had me email him as well. I have not heard back from him.

I have a Michigan member who had some issues with him as well. He doesn't say anything bad about him, but he didn't call or email him back for 2 weeks or so, and he spent 600+ on parts. Anyways, it was all taken care of, and my member doesn't have anything bad to say about him, but that sometimes he's bad about getting back with people. It was a big misunderstanding really.

Hey man, those 45's are at the coater, finally. Call me next week and I will get yours out. Sorry for the wait, RRE was a little bit more intense timewise than I expected. Wish you could have made it, Neal and Ben were holding down the OBS camp :-)

Why you always gotta be such an OBS hater? :P

I think some SD's need the 45 degree elbow. Mine didn't. I have heard of some using pvc pipe, but that restricts the intake to about 3 and a half inches.

The only SD that needs a 45° pipe is an early 99 running the stock early 99 intake, which many early's got updated to the late intake. The fancy 45° for the SD's that clay sells is designed to get rid of the stock hose past the CCV coupler. I think I'm the one that gave him that idea and he still hasn't sent me one to try

I really don't think he is a OBS hater. Not sure why you think that.
He was more than happy to have us there at RRE.
He is a SD guy but wants to know more about the OBS. He doesn't have one now but wants to be able to supply us like he does the SD's. He is still a new company and I am sure in time he will be able to do lots. He has grown exponentially since his company's conception. All suggestions from us OBS guys can help him out in the learning curve.
