I was looking at Holley projection for my truck as I already have the Offy intake and got to really looking at the sytems the GM units and the Older Ford CFI units are virtually identical, as they both bought the technology from Robert Bosch this is not unexpected, Sooo I'm thinking my old 84 f150 with a 300 has most of the sensors already in place could just gut the system off of an old Crown Vic or similar with the 302 or 351 CFI and put it in my truck including the EEC-IV If I wanted to I could use the GM or Holley throttle bodies as they will work with the system on Fords, the model 700 GM throttle body is supposedy a good unit and is somewhere around 600 CFM more than large enough for a 300 that is stock, any thoughts?
